Classes are based upon the way I learned to practice yoga myself. This method of teaching is rooted in the traditional foundations of yoga.

Don’t worry. I am also not super flexible. I am 50+ and I used to have some aches and I had to try many yoga classes before I found a Yoga approach that felt right for me.

Hatha Raja Yoga
A holistic yoga practice rooted in the traditional foundations of yoga.
75 minutes of:
- Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) - to purify, oxygenate and calm the mind Pranayama
- Body warm-up exercises to warm up the muscles, joints and release tension
- Sun Salutation (dynamic sequence) to get the energy flowing
- Asanas (postures) to stretch, tonifie, strengthen, let go body, mind and spirit
- Yoga Nidra (deep restorative relaxation) to absorb the benefits of the practice
Already after one class, your body will feel stronger, your mind will be calmer and clearer, your breathing capacity improved and plenty of positive energy.

Gentle Yoga
A gentle Hatha Yoga class.
75 min of:
- Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) - to purify, oxygenate and calm the mind Pranayama
- Body warm-up exercises to warm up the muscles, joints and release tension
- Slow flow postures to get the energy flowing
- Asanas (postures) to stretch, tonifie, strengthen, let go body, mind and spirit
- Yoga Nidra (deep restorative relaxation) to absorb the benefits of the practice
Gentle Yoga improves your strength, flexibility, breathing capacity and balance. It calms your mind and restores your energy.
Note: Max 6 participants in presence and 10 online
Destress & Recharge Yoga
A Hatha Yoga class designed to let go physical and mental stress and recharge your batteries.
75 minutes of:
- Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) - to purify, oxygenate and calm the mind Pranayama
- Body warm-up exercises to warm up the muscles, joints and release tension
- Asanas (postures) to release tension and angry emotions, to calm the mind, whilst strengthening, toning and re-energise the body and mind.
- Asanas (postures) to stretch, tonifie, strengthen, let go body, mind and spirit
- Yoga Nidra (deep restorative relaxation) to absorb the benefits of the practice
Already after one class, you will feel relaxed, with a calmer and clearer mind, better mood and re-energised.
If you suffer from poor sleep, this class will also help you to restore a healthy uninterrupted sleep.

Why Practice Yoga?

It is never too late to get started with yoga. If you are still breathing, it means that you can practice yoga.
Contraindications
There are no contraindications for practicing yoga, however, it important to listen to our bodies, to treat ourselves with kindness, to let go of judgement and to accept ourselves as we are.
Some people have had bad experiences with yoga and were injured trying to imitate the teacher or other more flexible students whilst practicing advanced postures. This may also be because they did not warm up correctly before getting into some postures.
Let go of the image of how a pose should look and focus instead on how a pose feels and the emotions it brings. It is important to make a difference between discomfort and pain (to be avoided).
In case of physical, psychic, respiratory or circulatory issues or any other type of illness or concern, it is important to let the teacher know.
Yoga postures and breathing techniques can be adapted to ensure a safe and appropriate practice for everybody.
Remember that yoga is not a performance.
How we practice Yoga
We practice the yoga postures mindfully, treating ourselves with kindness, accepting our physical limitations and making peace with our body. Conscious breathing guides us throughout the practice as an essential tool to release tensions in our body, calm our mind and purify the heart. Whilst working on the physical body, we observe how the energy flows and can tune into the various dimensions of our inner experience: emotions, sensations, thoughts and feelings.
Already by the end of the first class you will feel better; more energised, have a calmer mind and overall, you will start being a happier person.

Yoga Group Classes
Small boutique classes
- In Person or Online Group Classes
- Duration: 75 Minutes
- Single Class: 30 CHF, 25 CHF (online)
- 10 Classes: 250 CHF, 200 CHF (online)
Note: 10 yoga classes package has a validity of 6 months. The duration can be prolonged in case of need: e.g., traveling, illness
Private Classes
If you prefer, you can have a private class

Home Studio & Open Air Yoga Classes
Depending on the group, season or weather; yoga classes take place in my home studio in Coppet, in my garden or by the lake.
- A private zen studio bathed in natural light
- Props are sanitized after each use. You can also bring your own mat if you prefer
- Max 5 participants
- Classes can also take place by the lake in the Coppet area during the warmer seasons
- When weather allows in the warmer seasons, classes can take place in the Coppet Home Studio Garden surrounded by majestic trees to capture all the energy of Mother Earth.
