About Me

WHO AM I?

I was born in Italy 50+ years ago and grew up spending a lot of time in nature as I was allergic to pollution and could not breathe properly in an urban environment.

At the age of 16, I moved to the Geneva area of Switzerland where I still reside today.

My purpose

In this new stage of my life, my goal and passion are to contribute towards others with the desire to improve their quality of life with a holistic approach, combining a healthy lifestyle, yoga and nutrition.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE

I worked for over 25 years in a multi-national environment and travelled around the world. I had the chance to collaborate with so many different people with diverse cultures, beliefs, and habits. In this very hectic period of my life, I became the mother of two beautiful children and the wife of a zen English man.

CHALLENGE

Work – life balance became a major task, juggling work with motherhood and family. I found an equilibrium, but my stress level was high and there remained very little time for myself. I started practicing yoga in my early thirties, although not regularly enough and mainly as a physical exercise.

NEW CHAPTER

The first Covid lockdown has been the trigger element to start a new chapter of my life and finally focus my energy on my passions. I have not stopped studying since then and I attended various training courses:

I am particularly eager to support women in the various stages of life to help them finding a healthy balance between work, family and taking care of themselves
