- Pre-heat the oven at 180°C (fan mode) 
- Pour the yogurt into a bowl 
- Add the eggs, flours, olive oil, sugar, baking soda & powder 
- Mix all ingredients with a whisk  
- Grate the lemon's zest and add it to the mixture 
- Pour the mixture into the cake tin with a baking sheet 
- Cut and place 4 lemon slices on top of the mixture 
- Cook in the oven for 30min 
- Check if cooked with a toothpick, if not ready yet, leave it for 5-10 more min 
- Leave it to rest until room temperature is reached
