Pre-heat the oven at 180°C (fan mode)
Pour the yogurt into a bowl
Add the eggs, flours, olive oil, sugar, baking soda & powder
Mix all ingredients with a whisk
Grate the lemon's zest and add it to the mixture
Pour the mixture into the cake tin with a baking sheet
Cut and place 4 lemon slices on top of the mixture
Cook in the oven for 30min
Check if cooked with a toothpick, if not ready yet, leave it for 5-10 more min
Leave it to rest until room temperature is reached
