SARDINIA YOGA RETREAT
Sardinian Sea, Air and Sun
Unwind and breathe the Sardinian sea air with a stunning view overlooking Villasimius seashore. Swim in the turquoise sea water, long walks on the various beaches of Villasimus and chill out on the sandy beaches or on the rocks overlooking the sea.
Healthy & Delicious Cooking
Cooking together with plenty of local fresh ingredients (Mainly vegetarian with some local fish & seafood). Learn simple healthy Mediterranean recipes that you can bring back home. Vegan and Gluten free alternatives can be provided.
Hatha Raja Yoga & Hormone Yoga
Start the day with a morning class with greeting the rising sun, overlooking the sea. The afternoon practice takes place on the sand or rocks of one of the the beaches, thanking the sun for the wonderful day.
Re-establish Your Internal Clock
Live for 6 days according to the Circadian Rhythm to start rebalancing your hormones, regenerating the organes, improving your sleep, digestion, mood and energy.
Learn and experience new simple daily rituals that you can bring back home and will make a big change to your physical and mental health.

- Everyday discover new beaches and beautiful spots
